Building and turning around sales organizations

Jennifer G. DeLorenzo specializes in building enterprise sales organizations from the ground up, turning around stalled business units, and unlocking multi-million-dollar revenue streams. Whether there is no team yet or one that has lost its footing, with missed numbers and a thin pipeline, she sees a revenue engine waiting to be built. She starts every engagement by understanding what is working, what needs refinement, and what has to change, then she shapes the team around it and owns the number.

Her approach blends three disciplines that rarely live under one roof: sales excellence, professional excellence, and operational excellence. Every major pursuit runs through a proven capture methodology, every pipeline is governed by data rather than instinct, and every leadership team gets a forecast it can actually rely on. The result is growth that does not depend on heroics, a few lucky quarters, or one star seller carrying the team. It is revenue built to last, designed to scale, and refreshingly free of surprises.

Advising boards, CEOs & revenue leaders

Jennifer G. DeLorenzo is the person leaders call when the number matters and the path to it is unclear. She steps into enterprise technology companies scaling upmarket, evaluates the current revenue engine, isolates the structural bottlenecks slowing it down, and installs the operating frameworks that make growth predictable. Her 30-day commercial audits give boards and CEOs a clear roadmap across sales, business development, account management, and marketing.

Beyond direct sales leadership, Jennifer possesses a unique expertise in bridging the gap between telecom giants and emerging tech firms. She skillfully navigates complex carrier organizations to build high-value partnerships that allow tech companies to sell to, through, and with telecom providers, enabling carriers to expand their reach in the market and incorporate complementary technologies into their end-to-end solutions, while tech firms gain enterprise distribution at scale.

Her work spans telecom, GenAI, SaaS, and IoT. She operates on both sides of sales leadership at once, delivering the number this quarter while developing the leaders and operating rhythm that sustain performance long after it closes. Leaders leave with a clear plan they can put into action.

Jennifer G. DeLorenzo’s Story

Jennifer G. DeLorenzo earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Arizona in special education and behavioral disorders, a foundation that taught her how people learn, what motivates them, and how to meet each person where they are. It is a skill set she still calls on every time she coaches a seller or builds a team.

She brought that lens into sales, beginning her career selling oncology therapies, where she ranked in the top five percent nationally and earned seven President’s Club honors. From there she moved into enterprise technology and never looked back, building teams, cutting development ramp time, and promoting a remarkable share of her sellers into leadership. Today, she pays it forward as a mentor for young women in technology, opening doors for the next generation of women leading at the top of the revenue function. Away from work, she is a classical pianist who enjoys interior decorating and spending time with friends and family.
